The transformation of Yellow Rose by Kendra Scott
Yellow Rose by Kendra Scott (Yellow Rose) is a subsidiary of the iconic Kendra Scott brand, born from Kendra's own Texas ranch and her immense love for the state and its land. After operating for about a year with a youthful, boho-style logo, Yellow Rose was preparing to open retail locations across multiple Texas cities—and needed a brand identity that embodied the shift from cute subsidiary to Texas-heritage, fine goods brand, and the expansion that came with the shift.
We reimagined the brand from "charming local favorite" to Texas heritage brand through a custom hand-lettered word mark and a bespoke brand typeface.
Yellow Rose now attracts shoppers who are charmed by Texas, ranch life, and heritage pieces. The rebrand was the doorway to become a distinct identity that aligned with their products and business goals.
